On December 30, 2023, the cultural and sports activities planned by TKG for a long time were finally put into action. Around the theme of the activity "celebrating New Year's Day and welcoming the New Year", various interesting competitive games were carried out. And ultimately reached the 'teamwork, promote communication' purpose. The activities are summarized as follows:
It has been 2 years since the last activity was carried out. In fact, the planning of this activity has been planned for a long time, but it was stranded due to busy work. Therefore, all personnel in all posts actively participated in the development of this activity. The number of participants is more than 100, and the advance of funds, bonus setting for competitive activities, purchase of souvenirs and props need to be completed one by one.
In line with the purpose of friendship first, competition second, eliminating barriers and improving teamwork ability, four competitive activities were carried out: "blind" feeding bananas, three-person four-legged running, blindfolded mutual fight, tug-of-war competition. The enthusiasm of the team members to participate in the high, and to achieve the desired results.
Usually at work, everyone has a lot of contacts and exchanges, but this time we are grouping all personnel, and each activity project must establish a team.
According to the game design, everyone needs to cooperate with each other, such as "blind" feeding bananas and three people running on four feet. These games allow everyone to talk spontaneously through close physical contact, thus pulling the distance between each other; and in the course of the game, the competitive competition in friendship, the knowing smile when full of ugliness, and so on, are all opportunities for the gradual integration of everyone's relationship. After the game is over, everyone can already joke with each other and talk actively, so I can't help but admit that these games are really the lubricant of everyone's friendship.
These team building games are fun, but they are also challenging and competitive. Before the start of the game, the members of each group discussed one after another in the group, offered suggestions and sought ways to speed up victory. Everyone pays their own mental and physical labor for the victory of the whole group, and they are closely united for the common goal.
With a trace of joy and a little nostalgia, as the sun sets, our New Year's Day celebration and New Year's activities are gradually coming to an end.
This activity not only allows everyone to relax physically and mentally, but also improves everyone's collective sense of honor and team consciousness. It has played a promoting role in creating a united, tense and serious working atmosphere among colleagues in the department.
